How do I delete my account?

Follow these steps:

1. Join our Discord: Discord Link.

2. Create a ticket with the subject "Account Deletion."

3. In the ticket, include the following details:

   • Your email address

   • The last 4 digits of the card used for payment and the bank name (if applicable)

   • If you paid with cryptocurrency, provide:

     • Email address

     • Payment details

     • Link ID

     • Payment ID

     • Crypto transaction confirmation (scan)

Your account will be deleted within a week. We’d also appreciate any feedback on how we can improve to keep you as a customer.

The account deletion process cannot be undone.
